Presentation; Speaker's Script: Dan Giblin New Tramway Industry The New Industry I wish to address today is Ultra-Light Rail Manufacturing and Operation in and for the UK. The attractiveness of ultralight rail Is that it IS a low-cost design concept for both urban and rural public transport. Depending on circumstances it can be 30% to 75% of the cost of a tram.
